100 Officials Passed Echelon II Selection Undergo Diklat

As many as 100 echelon-II officials under city administration who passed the open-call recruitment will undergo in leadership education and training (diklat) before pre-position.

We’re still monitoring their performance and discipline

“On the first phase, there are 30 echelon-II officials passed and 80 other officials in second phase. From a total of 110 officials, 10 out of them are given echelon-II post and the rest are still waiting further information,” said Agus Suradika, Head of Jakarta Regional Working Board (BKD), Monday (10/5).

Suradika explained those 100 officials are still on their previous duty as usual, and its allowance still adjusted with the previous post.

We’re still monitoring their performance and discipline. They will occupy the new post if there is empty post,” he uttered.

According to him, those echelon-II official names have been listed and signed by City Secretary, Saefullah.

“About 70 percent of echelon-II official are undergoing the diklat, meanwhile the rest will be scheduled later,” he finished.
